Setcom RMA form

We want you to be satisfied with every Setcom purchase you make. To this end, most equipment in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by the purchase receipt and sold directly by Setcom, may be returned for a full refund within 45 days of shipment of the product.

All Setcom returns are subject to the approval of management. Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment or as merchandise credit.

If a product was purchased through a Setcom dealer, please contact that dealer for its return policy.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Labor and/or installation services
  2. Items that are abused,
  3. Items that are marked as non-returnable on your quote or invoice
  4. Shipping costs.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact Setcom at:

Refunds for returns without prior authorization may be significantly delayed. RMAs for returns will be valid for 30 days. Therefore, returns must be received by Setcom within 30 days from the RMA issue date to receive full credit.

Please allow up to 30 days for a refund to be processed.
