For police motorcycle ComKits

the Setcom product number(s) affixed to the product(s) as well as a copy of the invoice or packing list;

the make and model of the motorcycle;

the make and model of the radio(s) to which you're interfacing;

a summary of any modifications made to the product in the field (ie if the product was converted to work with a radio other than the one with which it was designed to work).

For Intercom Systems

the Setcom product number(s) affixed to the product(s) as well as a copy of the invoice or packing list;
a copy of the system diagram supplied with the system;
the make and model of the radio(s) to which you're interfacing;
if the radio has a remote control head, the make and model of the control head;
a summary of any modifications made to the product in the field (ie if the product was converted to work with a radio other than the one with which it was designed to work).

For other products

the Setcom product number(s) affixed to the product(s) as well as a copy of the invoice or packing list;
the make and model of the radio(s) to which you're interfacing;
a summary of any modifications made to the product in the field (ie if the product was converted to work with a radio other than the one with which it was designed to work).
